dax77 Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to the dax77 Platform and all real-money services is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active Account:

• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. dax77 enforces a strict 21+ policy on all real-money products, including the sportsbook, live casino, and slots. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately and any pending withdrawals voided pending investigation.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, employer, or entity when placing wagers.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or under any restriction imposed by dax77 that prohibits account registration or wagering activity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the dax77 Platform. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, same device, same banking instrument, or same mobile number — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must not use fictitious identities, aliases, or the details of any other person.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. dax77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify dax77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

dax77 may, at its sole discretion, decline to approve a registration application without providing a reason. Submission of a registration form does not constitute a guarantee that an Account will be opened.

All transactions on the dax77 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dax77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the Cashier page within your Account at the time of transaction. dax77 does not charge internal fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dax77 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. dax77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before a withdrawal is approved, dax77 may require the Player to complete KYC verification, submit relevant identity documents, and confirm the source of funds where required under applicable compliance obligations.

Withdrawal Processing Times: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the time of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, national public holidays including Idul Fitri and Independence Day, or where additional compliance review is required.

All wagers placed on the dax77 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. dax77 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend confirmed wagers except where permitted under the specific game or market rules applicable to that wager.

Sportsbook: Odds displayed on the dax77 sportsbook are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. dax77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly erroneous odds, whether caused by a technical fault, data-feed error, or human input error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet. Settled results for all leagues — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League — are determined by the official result at the end of regular time unless the specific market terms state otherwise.

Live Casino: Game outcomes on live dealer tables are determined by the physical dealing of cards or the spin of a roulette wheel by a live dealer, streamed in real time. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, dax77 will honour any bets that were placed and confirmed before the disconnection, subject to the recorded game state at the time of interruption.

Slots: Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) operated by the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, or Spribe, as applicable). Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each title are available within the game information panel. dax77 does not modify RTP settings.

dax77 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback schemes, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that will be published alongside the offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all dax77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account separately from your real-money Wallet balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the specific promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom upon expiry.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless the promotion's terms explicitly permit the stacking of offers.
• dax77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the promotion page or email.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dax77 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended immediately, may have all balances and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place wagers, exploit bonuses, or interfere with the Platform's operation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, information arbitrage, or any other form of collusion designed to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using the Platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity or age during registration or KYC.
• Exploiting technical glitches, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities to place wagers at incorrect prices.
• Any conduct that dax77 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or to other Players.

All content on the dax77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of dax77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting you any right, title, or licence to use dax77's intellectual property for any purpose beyond your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform as a registered Player.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, transmit, modify, or create derivative works based on any dax77 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of dax77 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data in connection with your use of the dax77 Platform is governed by the dax77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

dax77 collects and processes personal data — including identity documents, payment details, transaction history, and device information — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. dax77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, dax77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if dax77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform for any reason, including scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or other information displayed on the Platform that is caused by a third-party data feed error, subject to the void-bet remedies described in Clause 5.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials.
• Any actions taken by dax77 in good faith under these Terms & Conditions, including the suspension of Accounts under investigation for compliance or prohibited-conduct concerns.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit dax77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

dax77 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. All real-money services on the Platform are restricted to Players aged 21 and over. dax77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to every registered Player, accessible directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a playing session has reached a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all dax77 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt by the support team.

dax77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to pass KYC verification, suspected fraud or money laundering, prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7, or any action dax77 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

A Player may close their own Account at any time by submitting a written request to the dax77 support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Wallet will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dax77 holds its international operating licence. By registering an Account on the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent dax77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect dax77's legitimate business interests or intellectual property rights.

dax77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — including changes to eligibility criteria, bonus terms, or withdrawal conditions — dax77 will provide reasonable advance notice to affected Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the dax77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
